RAZNAYA — Event Terms & Conditions
KatSem Coaching · Kateryna Semenchenko, Sole Trader
Last updated: 9 September 2026
1. Organiser and scope
This event is organised by Kateryna Semenchenko, a sole trader trading as KatSem Coaching ("we", "us", "the Organiser"), email: hello@katsemcoaching.com.
These Event Terms apply to your booking and attendance at "RAZNAYA", held on Saturday 26 September 2026, 12:30–16:00, at The Isbourne Centre, Cheltenham.
Relationship with our general Terms and Conditions
Our general Terms and Conditions at katsemcoaching.com apply to this event except where they conflict with these Event Terms. Where there is any conflict, these Event Terms take priority. For the avoidance of doubt:
Section 3 (cancellation, refunds and the 14-day cooling-off period) of the general Terms does not apply to this event. Section 4 below applies instead.
Section 5 (mandatory session recording and AI-generated notes) of the general Terms does not apply to this event. This event is not audio or video recorded as a coaching session, and no AI transcription or note-taking is used. Photography is dealt with separately in Section 9 and is entirely optional.
Section 8 (in-person sessions) of the general Terms does not apply to this event. Section 10 below applies instead. In particular, the statement in Section 8 that we do not hold Public Liability Insurance does not apply here: this event is covered by Public Liability Insurance held by the Organiser.
A binding contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation following receipt of your payment.
2. What the event is
RAZNAYA is a group experiential event for women, combining guided movement and dance, group coaching exercises, reflective written exercises, and an optional photoshoot. Light refreshments are provided.
The event is delivered in Russian and Ukrainian. Group size is strictly limited.
This event is not therapy. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, dance movement therapy, mental health treatment or medical care, and it is not a substitute for any of these. Kateryna Semenchenko is a coach and is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist or medical practitioner. Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UK.
The event is for women aged 18 and over. We are unable to admit anyone under 18.
3. Booking and price
The ticket price, including any early-bird or paired-booking option, is displayed at checkout and is payable in full at the time of booking. Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received.
You must complete the booking form, including the health, allergy and emergency contact information requested, before the event. We may decline or cancel a booking where this information is not provided.
Where a ticket covers two participants, both women must complete a booking form individually. We will send a form link for the second participant after purchase; it must be completed no later than 48 hours before the event.
4. Cancellation, transfer and refunds
4.1 If you cannot attend
Tickets for this event are non-refundable. This is because the event takes place on a specific date, the number of places is strictly limited, and venue and preparation costs are committed in advance.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day right to cancel a contract made online does not apply to services connected with leisure activities provided on a specific date. By booking, you acknowledge this.
4.2 Transfer to another person
Instead of a refund, you may transfer your place to another woman aged 18 or over, at no charge. To do this, email hello@katsemcoaching.com at least 48 hours before the event with the name and email address of the person taking your place. Your place is transferred only once that person has completed the booking form and agreed to these Event Terms. We cannot accept a substitute who has not completed the form.
4.3 If we cancel or postpone
If we cancel the event, or postpone it to a date you cannot attend, you may choose either:
a full refund of the ticket price, processed within 14 days; or
to transfer your place to a future date of the event.
The choice is yours. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
4.4 Your statutory rights
Nothing in this section affects your legal rights where the service we provide is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, or is not as described, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Physical participation, health and safety
The event includes movement, dance and physical activity. You take part voluntarily and at your own pace. You may pause, rest, sit out any exercise, or leave at any time, and no explanation is required.
You must tell us, in the booking form, about anything that may affect your ability to take part safely — including injuries, back, joint or heart conditions, pregnancy, dizziness or fainting, or any condition affected by physical exertion. If your circumstances change between booking and the event, please email us before you attend.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for exercising your own judgement about your participation. If you are unsure whether physical activity is suitable for you, please consult your GP before booking.
We ask that you do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or to ask a participant to leave, where their behaviour or condition puts themselves or others at risk, or is disrespectful to other participants. In these circumstances no refund is given.
6. Circumstances in which this event is not suitable
For the reasons set out in Section 10 of our general Terms and Conditions, this event is not suitable for anyone who is currently in crisis or in acute distress, including active suicidal thoughts or self-harm, an unmanaged severe mental health condition, an active eating disorder or addiction without professional support, or acute recent bereavement. Group experiential work can be emotionally activating and does not provide clinical support.
If any of this applies to you, please contact us before booking so we can talk about whether this is the right time. In an emergency, contact 999, NHS 111, or the Samaritans on 116 123.
7. Food, drink and allergens
Light refreshments are provided, which may include fresh fruit, cheese, other snacks and soft drinks. Cheese contains milk; other items may contain or come into contact with allergens.
You must tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements in the booking form. Full allergen information for everything served will be available at the event on request. We prepare and serve refreshments in a non-specialist environment and cannot guarantee an allergen-free space. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before booking and bring any medication you may need.
8. Confidentiality within the group
The event involves women sharing personal reflections and experiences. As a condition of attending, you agree not to repeat, share, publish or discuss outside the group anything another participant shares about her personal life, and not to identify other participants online without their permission.
We will remind participants of this at the start of the event, but we cannot control what other participants do. Please take this into account when deciding what you wish to share. Only share what you are comfortable sharing.
9. Photography and video
A photographer will be present to take part in the optional photoshoot element and to take photographs during the event.
Being photographed is entirely optional. You may attend fully without giving consent, and this will not affect your experience or how you are treated. Consent is given separately in the Photo & Video Consent, and may be withdrawn at any time.
We ask that participants do not photograph or film other participants without their express permission.
10. Venue, belongings and liability
The Organiser holds Public Liability Insurance covering this event, and Professional Indemnity Insurance of £2,000,000. Certificates are available on request.
We take reasonable care to run the event safely, including assessing the venue and the activities in advance. However, you are taking part in a physical activity and accept the ordinary risks that come with movement and dance.
You are responsible for your own belongings. We do not accept liability for personal property lost, damaged or stolen at the venue.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from this event is limited to the ticket price you paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Event Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Your personal data
We process the personal data you give us in the booking form in accordance with our Privacy Policy, with the following additions specific to this event:
Health information you provide is special category data under UK GDPR Article 9. We collect it solely so that you can take part safely, and we rely on your explicit consent to do so. It is not used for any other purpose, is not shared with anyone except where necessary in a medical emergency, and is securely deleted within 30 days of the event.
Allergy and dietary information is used only to prepare and label refreshments, and is deleted within 30 days of the event.
Emergency contact details relate to another person. By giving them, you confirm that person is aware you have shared their details. This information is used only in an emergency at the event and is deleted within 30 days.
The 7-year retention period in our general Terms and Privacy Policy does not apply to health, allergy or emergency-contact data collected for this event. Your name, email and payment record are retained for 7 years as required for tax and accounting purposes.
We will only add you to any mailing list if you separately opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
12. Complaints, law and contact
If something is not right, please tell us — at the event if possible, or by email to hello@katsemcoaching.com. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and respond within 21 days. The complaints and dispute resolution process in Section 15 of our general Terms and Conditions applies.
These Event Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
