RAZNAYA — Photo & Video Consent

Photographs and short video will be taken at RAZNAYA on 26 September 2026 by the event photographer, and there is an optional photoshoot element during the event.
Giving this consent is completely optional. You can attend the whole event, take part in everything, and simply not consent to your image being used. This will not affect your experience in any way. If you do not consent, we will make sure the photographer knows, and we will not publish images in which you are identifiable.
What you are consenting to
If you tick the consent box, you agree that photographs and video in which you appear may be used by:
KatSem Coaching — on Instagram, the website katsemcoaching.com, in newsletters, and in promotional material for future events and programmes.
The event photographer — in their professional portfolio, website and social media, to show examples of their work.
Images will not be sold to third parties, used in paid advertising by anyone other than KatSem Coaching, or used in any way intended to embarrass or misrepresent you. You will not receive payment for the use of your image.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@katsemcoaching.com. We will stop using the images and remove them from our own channels as soon as reasonably possible, and pass your request to the photographer. Please note that material already printed, or already shared or downloaded by others, may not be possible to recall.
On the day
If you change your mind at the event, tell Kateryna or the photographer — no explanation needed. You can also ask for a specific photograph not to be used.
